Grass not cut, very high, rats seen in and around grass. Children play here

The grass on the circle in the middle of the road (cul de sac with grass circle at the centre) has not been cut for a long time and is now so tall that the younger kids in the street cannot play as it is eye height and there are rats seen among the grass because of the length which poses a risk to all people not just the children. This area is the only green space for children to play in this road without being confined to a back garden and needs to be cut down short to allow for safety and to disperse the rats and vermin seen around.
