Dead branches on the tree outside my house

The tree outside my house 6 Donald Road has dead branches and seems to be in poor health. I have reported this on two occasions, the last time was August 2023 reference 4922761. The report was closed 7 November 2023. No work has been done to the tree. I am worried as the dead branches overhang the pavement and road and the tree is very close to my property.
