This is the second time this job has been closed without rectifying the issues. I will now escalate to my local councillor.

This is simply unacceptable and inept.

    Please stop sending EDM they are clearly incapable of resolving this. This needs a civil engineer to assess the extent of the damage done by the developers of 99 Devonshire Road.
