Can’t access the pavement with pushchair or wheelchair as the hedges are overgrown so bad.

This a problem as you can’t walk on the path on this side of the road but when you cross over the hedge’s on the other side is also covering the path so you have to walk in the road, I often use a mobility scooter or crutches and find it very daunting as cars come around the corner quite quickly.
