106 Parry's Lane overgrown hedges. The hedges obstruct pavement forcing people to walk in the road. Wheelchair or pushchair users cannot use pavement safely. This is a persistent problem for this pavement & property. The prior cutting back was insufficient and quickly re-grows to become a problem again.
