Low branches on tree

The tree is outside of 26/28 briar way bs16 4ea. The tree is hanging quite low and when it's windy like today the branches are coming very low and today coning home i had to duck underneath because the wind was blowing the branches right down and they have long thorns on them which are very sharp.
