Drain blocked with rubbish

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6081616.

Drain covered in rubbish and weeds. As is the drain further down the road. Drains can't cope during heavy downpours. Washes all silt and rubbish towards my property. Drains need clearing and road needs thoroughly sweeping/weeding.
