Pavement all chewed up
Reported via mobile in the Pavements category anonymously at 23:21, Sat 8 June 2024
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6082545.
The pavement which links Albatross Rd to Bamfiled and again where Bamfield meets Whitchurch Lane. The Heavy lorries that go down this road which is obviously too narrow for them causing them to have to go up and over the pavement. This in turn has caused the pavement to virtually collapse and render itself as unusable to pedestrians. The recovery firm needs to be situated somewhere with easy access as the trucks carrying the cars are too big and too heavy to use this road this should be addressed as it happens almost every other day gets repaired and happens again. This is an aging community and becuase of the thoughtlessness of this firm no one can use the pavement and it wont be long till someone haves an accident here and then who's to blame?
