Telephone wire hanging dangerously into road (head height)

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6099022.

Wire seems to have been caught perhaps on scaffold lorry which is nearby. Wire hanging across road at head height. Lower Knole Lane by number 4.
