The perimeter of Ilex Close (BS138EQ) has extensive trees and bushes encroaching on the highway. This perimeter covers the outside border of numbers 7, 8 and 9 Ilex Close. The upkeep of this perimeter is not carried out by the residents of these residents. The encroachment has become extensive and is a problem/danger for traffic driving up the Close particularly for large waste collection, emergency service vehicles, and various delivery vehicles. The problem requires urgent attention.
