Deep depression in centre of carriageway

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6104197.

This appears to have recently been filled but if this is correct? it urgently requires a new repair. Yesterday evening I was riding my motorcycle about two cars length behind a car and went down into the hole! I was lucky driving at low speed and was able to regain control. It looks like previously excavation work in the immediate area was done?
