Damaged drain cover

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6105308.

There's a damage drain cover which has one of the squares missing which is big enough for animal paws or children feet to go through. It's been like it for a couple of years now & just had a yellow cover put over it which has gone missing again.
