Overgrown hedges
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 13:18, Tuesday 18 June 2024
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6122565.
The footpath has become in accessible given the bushes hanging over it on Knole Lane. I understand the council isn't the owner of the hedges nonetheless the Council has an obligation under The Highways Act to ensure the footpath us clear. Please ensure this is addressed as soon as possible - for those of us with low vision it's a major problem

It's August and most of Knole lane isn't passable due to overgrown hedges. Please provide the escalation process in order to have this addressed by a senior member of staff at the council by return. Thank you

Please engage whatever the escalation process in place for your department is. Additionally, please provide the escalation process by return in order got transparency as to what options are available in order to resolve this. 5 months is not an acceptable time frame to resolve this issue.
