Bollard knocked and ripped up part of pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6138451.

Someone has crashed into the bollard and knocked it sideways. This has caused part of the pavement to be lifted up. This is right by the pedestrian crossing (church side) of the wick road jct
