Poorly managed building work at 37 Glenavon Park is causing problems for neighbours and passers by. Vehicles are parked inconsiderately, at times blocking neighbours' drives and regularly (as shown in the photo) the footpath. Surely, if a footpath is going to be blocked and become unpassable, then a temporary closure (with diversion) should be in place?
