Cutting back of overgrown island

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6159050.

Having had nothing but an automated answer from my recent request I have now out the four black sacks n the shrub cuttings back onto the island in Avonmouth Road as we need to use our drive for our vehicles. Please can you arrange for removal of same forthwith.
