The path is allways waterlogged

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6159389.

The path here is allways waterlogged and is difficult to pass safely especially in spring, autumn and winter. The problem is very local and just needs some gravel or a drainage pipe placing. Many kids use this route on the way back from school and it is currently unsafe. Please fix before autumn. Thanks
