Overhanging tree touching house

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6161458.

These trees are getting out of hand It is hanging so far over my garden it is touching my house! I have reported this for the last quite a few years and nothing is being done It is also causing a ant infestation on my property If nothing is done I will be taking this further! I feel I am being ignored!!
