Light is too bright and cool white

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6161878.
Light is a bright cool white led too high lumens. The light outside 16/18 Cavendish Road was replaced today with warm white lower linen light, however, no other lights were upgraded. The rest are older leds which are way too bright, illuminate gardens and more of a problem into bedrooms in contradiction to your led upgrade page. And when all research warms about cool/blue light exposure before and during sleep. Please upgrade all lights in Cabendish Road to the newer warm white lower lumen LEDs
