Fly tipping in middle of Downs

Spotted this morning, wasn't there yesterday. Illegal disposal of rubbish spotted in around the centre of the Downs, black bin bags, cardboard boxes, children's plastic toys, a old amusement arcade machine, building rubble (one with a name and address on, could be the name of dumper or more likely the name the person who paid a disposal company). There are visible track marks on the grass where a tipper truck has driven across. I hope this helps identify the culprit.
