Near my garden shed where I house some belongings

This tree is hard to pin point on the map, but it overhangs into my garden and over my shed in the corner of Valerian Close and my house on the Portway. It is badly overgrown and makes a lot of swaying noise when windy besides swaying very badly. There is also a lot of elderberry growing next to this tree and spreading along the fence line of my property. Please advise as to what can be done to remove the elderberry and trim back the tree. Many thanks
