Pavement blocked

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6169507.

Over-filled black wheelie bin and assorted loose recycling/rubbish blocking the narrow pavement outside 24 Church Road. Pedestrians, pushchairs etc are forced to step into the road. This has become a persistent problem.
