Matthews Road nameplate still damaged

This is a follow-up report to a previous one that was logged and incorrectly closed relating to the Matthews Road nameplate being damaged (reference 6052103).

As the provided photo shows, no action has been taken to secure the nameplate to the wall, hence the previous report should not have been closed.

Please can action be taken to properly secure the nameplate.
