Black bin left out 24/7 wheelchair unable to get past.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6175156.

A lady with a wheelchair or pram cannot get past.the bin is left out all the time and when it is bin day the recycling bins are in the middle of the pathway and the person says it’s there drive can do what they want. Well it’s council property and people are unable to get past and bins should be only out on collection days.
