Sinking road getting significantly worse.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6181549.
Your reference 5585535 There are two reports for large pothole, sink hole, call it what you will in the middle of Stoke Lane in this location and it is getting worse. You keep declaring it "not urgent" but it is becoming urgent and certainly a real hazard to cyclists and cars bumped down into it. Waiting until it completely fails is not a cost effective way to fix the road especially if people get hurt and not only are badly hurt but make an injury claim against the Council. I know everybody says their hole in the road is a priority but you really need to look again at this section of the road as you have two reports which I think are for the same place but you have closed them when very soon they tarmac will no longer be attached to the rest of the road.
This report is now closed to updates from the public. You can make a new report in the same location. Please reference 6181549 in your new report if it is an update on this one.
