Missing Council Land apparently adopted as public highway

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction blocking access category anonymously at 17:20, Wed 3 July 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6187778.

Comparing your map with the Title Plan held by the Land Registry (AV80623) there is an anomaly at the marked location. The Title Plan shows Council Land forming a public highway (tinted pink) South from Chatterton Green to Court Farm Road and branching at an angle to the bus stop. However, your map does not. If this strip of land has been sold the Title Plan has not been updated. If not, the highway appears to have been obstructed by fences. This has been like that at least since I moved to the area in July 2023.
