Bushes growing into road

These bushes have not been cut for a long time, they used to be cut back by the council regularly, but that stopped several years ago. This was reported in ref 6155614 recently. I had an email saying its been fixed, with no explanation of what been done. The bushes still have not been cut back. It seems as though it's been changed to fixed to solve the problem, where is the communication about this.
