Both yellow zebra crossing lights not on

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6196529.

Lights not working on Zebra crossing. Difficult for drivers to see pedestrians using the crossing. Resulted in a near miss in the rain during poor light conditions. Stopped for pedestrian but very hard to see them.
