Three drains are blocked at the bottom of Arley Hill, from Nugent hill to Cheltenham road, I have reported these problems many times, this is causing serious flooding and affecting our houses and street. they urgently need clearing repair. Last time I reported these problems your team cancelled this job, this is not ok. please action clearing the whole system this time.
