Massively overgrown Sycamore tree overhanging road

Tree is hugely overgrown… not dealt with after previous 2 complaints. Lorries and buses hit the low hanging branches… this has been neglected for years. Please come and trim it before it grows any more. Lots of broken tree debris end up over roads and pavements. Only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.
