Sign saying Sea Mills Lane that was previously damaged been pulled away

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6202001.

The sign has been previously hanging on one post and has been torn away deliberately and dumped on the pavement further down. I have removed it to my property opposite as it was a hazard to pedestrians
