Hedges blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6214756.

Cyclists and pedestrians unable to see each other at entrance to Lynmouth road allotments due to hedge. Have had a couple of near misses when leaving the plots. Hedge is usually cut by volunteers from allotments but all getting on a bit and there is a huge amount of growth.
