I have reported this before and the person I dealt with was from the Highways division, I did mention to him that was incorrect, it’s the parks department. I did report a Rat problem, I had a reply from them saying he had transferred request to the parks division and they will contact me. No contact. I have had a contractor round fo a quote on a new roof, but he said I need to clear rear access for the scaffold contractor to gain access to rear of house. I await your reply.
