Pavement blocked with over grown brambles and trees

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6230805.

This was reported previously and it's happened again. My mother cannot get past on her mobility scooter without catching herself on the trees and brambles. They should've been dealt with properly last time. It's disgusting.
