Overhanging branches causing damage to cars

The tree is long due cutting back, the branches are overhanging the car park causing damage to cars, people cannot park under the tree as the branches are hitting against cars in the wind causing damage, also the bird droppings are causing excessive fouling due to the overhanging branches.

At present 5 car parking spaces are not able to be used causing difficulties for disabled, vulnerable residents.
