The whole Charlton mead estate has unsightly weeds and grass growing on pavements and gutters, place is looking really neglected. Pensfield park and Matford close are particularly bad, it looks unsightly and I am not getting the services that I pay 208 pounds a month for. Please can you tidy our streets ?
