Bllocked drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6235635.

This drain is continually clocked even after a clean up. it is to do with the regular stream (Sic) of detritus that flows towards it. it is impossible to pass when it rains as the entire pathway is covered with water and half the roadway.
