Blocked drain

This drain has been blocked for months. I have reported it before but no action was taken. The debris and water collected is foul leaving a black slime. The drop pavement cannot be used by the general public making it especially difficult for wheel chair and buggy users. This blocked drain clearly contributes to the flooding problems further down the street under the bridge.
