Blocking gutters and getting close to windows

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6246179.

This tree is an on going problem , and nobody will do anything about it. Not only is it getting closer to my windows we have had our flat repaired with metal rods and it has not stopped the cracks in the flat as roots are lifting the foundations
