Damaged/Missing pedestrian guardrail

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6249951.

The pedestrian guardrail has been damaged/removed after a potential vehicle accident or from the scaffolding works and hasn't been replaced. The construction works later set up orange barriers but a replacement/repair is needed.
