Over grown trees

Hi there the problem we have on this road is that the trees are so overgrown that they are preventing bin collections sometimes and other deliveries from getting down the road also cars are getting scratched down the sides as there is hardly any space from all the cars on one side parked up from the the hospital even just a slight trimming would make the world of difference would really appreciate if this could be solved
