Raised cover on traffic signal ducting - trip hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6260525.

Utilities cover immediately to the south of crossing (and marked traffic signals) is raised at one end by about 20mm. Have seen two people trip on it this week.
