Tree overhanging close to window blocking all natural light

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6268030.

Been ongoing plus bushes at front of building now up to top floor windows at front of flats bushes around all the fence is at least 3 foots overgrow grass cut regular but each time the edges not done so fly tipping on front grass reported 3 time over last 5 months people still adding to it grass cutters now just cut round it
