Low hanging branches

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6271515.

There are low hanging branches from the tree planted on the pavement although you have replied that it isn't bcc responsibility due to the termin your policy it is as this policy states you only trim growth to a height of 2•5 metres this is the problem the growth is between 1•5 and 2metres
