Large pothole outside the driveway

There is a very large pothole/damaged area of the pathway thay is damaged outside my drive. As you can see from the picture this was only done recently but has failed to maintain the repair. As this is right in front of my driveway this will cause damage to my car as the damaged area is not avoidable when using my drive way. This is also very dangerous to the public causing high risk of trips and falls due to large pieces crumbling away and becoming lose.
