3m wide panel is lifting and highly dangerous

Entire panel is loose and bouncing on the bridge. At times there is a 1-2 inch gap. It is a trip hazard and dangerous to pedestrians and cyclists. If a vandal wanted to, they could easily rip the panel off by hand and leave a hole big enough for people to fall through
