Public lane keeps getting blocked.

This back lane used mainly by the shops and flats off Filton road is frequently blocked by parked cars on Beverley road. It is extremely frustrating as we need access is needed for deliveries and also it's where bins are left out on bin day and the bin men cannot access it either which sometimes causes missed waste collections.
