Rocking cover hit by every vehicle heading north on Stoke Road. FixMyStreet ref: 5963377 - reported on 12 May. BCC says it’s not responsible and has now closed the issue. Please tell me who is responsible so that I can chase them directly. This is a stressful noise nuisance especially at night in summer, we can’t sleep with our window open.
