Very deep hole in road

There is a deep hole in the middle of the road and you can see very far down. I think this is urgent and suggests a wider issue that could suddenly get much worse - the road has a lot of issues all the way down. There is another larger hole that has been reported but also lots of areas of decompressed concrete and tarmac.
