Roadworks not operating on Monks Park Avenue

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6302983.

There is "essential utilities" work being done which has resulted in single lane traffic and temporary lights on Monks Park Avenue as well as significantly less parking than normal. This is causing delays, inconvenience, and even some companies refusing to deliver items. These roadworks are now unattended for the third consecutive day.
